Exceptions
We will provide a replacement or refund if:

• You receive a corrupted or incomplete file that cannot be opened.

• You accidentally purchase the same product twice.

• You were charged in error due to a technical issue.

How to Request a Refund (in these cases only):

2. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
