This package provides a complete, research-ready dataset of historical crime statistics for the state of Texas, covering 1979 through 2024. The dataset is standardized and formatted for easy analysis, visualization, and integration into your projects.

 

Data Coverage
The package includes an annual counts xlsx and charts showing population-adjusted rates (per 100,000 residents) for the following categories:
